Nothing in our world is perfect. This includes the way we manufacture dirt bikes. Sometimes, there's a defect from the factory and a part on the dirt bike breaks. There's nothing to be worried about, though. It's always just a part and once it's replaced the bike is back to 100% functionality.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturer Defects: With the submission of a photo of a part that just happened to break on a dirt bike, 99% of the time the factory is liable. Let us know what went wrong and we'll get you covered!
Broken in the box: If you get a bike from us, get it out of the box and a part came broken or a part is missing, that's covered!
What does the warranty not cover?
Crashes: This warranty does not cover crashes.
Regular wear-and-tear: Wear and tear (such as tires losing tread over time) is completely normal on dirt bikes and all motor vehicles. It is up to you to keep proper maintenance on your bike.
